Communication is vital to our relationship. That's why you will be copied via e-mail on all work orders, and that's why our Operations Manager and Crew Supervisors are available by e-mail and cell phone. They will be in contact with you throughout the job, from scheduling a convenient start date, continuing with a daily meeting to keep you abreast of progress, and with a final walk-through of the job site when the painting is done. Our commitment is to enhance your image and support your brand through superior quality and service. Prior to beginning work we notify residents of anything they need to do to facilitate the work and include a form soliciting comments. Residents can communicate directly with the Crew Supervisors by phone, email or leaving a note in the comment box attached to the trailer.
